The 2007 Cotes du Ventoux (a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault) is a classic bistro red offering aromas and flavors of berry fruit, licorice, pepper, and spice. Enjoy this soft, round, delicious wine over the next 1-2 years. In their inexpensive (usually under $8 a bottle) La Vieille Ferme series, they have gone to screw cap finished bottles to avoid any problems with corks. This is consistently a top value pick
