Paso a Paso
Paso a Paso Tinto is 100% Tempranillo sourced from vineyards averaging 40 years of age. The color is a saturated purple with fragrant aromas of mineral, scorched earth, and blackberry.
International Wine Cellar
Opaque violet. Musky cherry-cola and plum aromas are complemented by notes of cured tobacco and cracked pepper. Tangy minerality adds verve to chewy dark fruit flavors, with a brighter raspberry note emerging with aeration. Finishes with solid grip and an echo of pepper. Serve this with a piece of grilled lamb.

Wine Advocate
The 2008 Paso a Paso Organic is 100% Tempranillo made from certified organic grapes aged for 6 months in French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it delivers a brooding bouquet of plum and blackberry. Surprisingly dense and ripe for its humble price, it has very good volume and savory flavors on the palate. Drink this concentrated effort over the next 3-4 years.

Minty, chocolaty notes add something to the wine’s floral, berry aromas, while the acid-driven palate sports zingy black cherry and plum flavors that come with coconut, vanilla and chocolate shadings, all evidence of some well-applied oak. Cleansing, acidic and nicely done for a bargain-priced wine.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
