When you buy Leese-Fitch Cabernet Sauvignon online from Vine Republic, you are purchasing a wine awarded 90 points by The Tasting Panel. It’s sure to bring out the best in your next flavorful dining experience.
This dark purple cabernet sauvignon is filled with exotic nuances on the nose. There may not be a more diverse aroma in our cabernet inventory at this price level. Scents of blackberries, Tahitian vanilla, mulling spices, toasted cedar, dark cherries, white pepper, oranges with cloves and sweet leather swirl through the aroma. Once it hits your palate, the strong flavors continue with black cherries, Dutch cocoa, pomegranate, molasses and fine black currants. The finish is full of blackberries, thyme and caramel wrapped in a toasted American oak.
The winemaker noted that an excellent growing season provided them with perfectly ripe grapes, thanks in part to the extended time they could hang on the vine. The season even extended so long that the winemakers could harvest small cabernet berries for the highest volume of extractions. This vintage has a great blend overall — it also has legs, which will allow it to age well in your cellar. Both the tannins and fruit flavors are ripe with power and grace. Cabernet sauvignon comes from regions as diverse as Clarksburg, Lodi and Paso Robles.
Leese-Fitch Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with a variety of rich dinner selections, such as sausage pizza, lasagna, Salisbury steak with a twice-baked yam and chicken mushroom casserole with green beans topped with toasted almonds.

This easygoing, ripe and milk-chocolaty wine feels soft and tastes plummy, as light tannins and a full body give it a broad texture.
