Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell grapes come from vineyards situated in Almansa, between 700 and 1000 meters of altitude, planted in sandy soils with a high lime concentration in the base. The grapes are separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and then they stay 4 months in French oak barrels.
Shoofly Shiraz 2015Medium bright red color. On the nose, the 2015 Shiraz reveals aromas of lovely, bright sour cherry fruits and light Asian spices. The supple red fruits carry across to the clean, bright palate and give way to complex nutmeg, tamarind, earth and eucalypt notes. The long finish is lengthy and ends as bright and fresh as it begins.
Bodegas Ateca Atteca Old Vines Garnacha 2015Rich morello cherry and plum flavors are accented by mint, orange peel and sassafras notes in this expressive red, which has soft tannins, juicy acidity and smoky finish. Food Pairings: Rice, pasta, (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni), vegetables, mushroom, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and/or white meat with sauces, grilled meat, short or medium cheeses.
Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2014Produced in our Costalunga Estate, in the Classical area of Valpolicella, a land full of tradition and well known for its wine and food culture, after a careful manual selection, the Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes are left to rest in small boxes and then gently pressed to create a wine of undoubted quality with great complexity that gets better with age. It is recommended with roasted meat, grilled meat and mature cheeses.
