This straw-yellow wine has a surprisingly intense bouquet with floral aromas that come to the fore (white flowers, jasmine), along with notes of citrus and apple skins. Complex and seductive. The entry on the palate is very smooth with a sensation of maturity. In the mouth, its minerality and freshness are evident, developing in a toasted and spirited finish that also makes this wine a good companion to a meal. Perfect pairing with grilled fish, seafood and rice among others.
