The red wine has a ruby hue with violet hints. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of red fruit (strawberries, blackcurrant and raspberries) as well as delicate spice and a light minerality. It is supple on entry to the palate with red fruit flavours and subtle roasted notes. The finish is ample with silky tannins and good length. Perfect with grilled red meat, pizza and sheep['s milk cheese.

Lightly rustic, with bramble and dried anise notes weaving throughout. The core of violet plum sauce and raspberry coulis is pure and vibrant, extending through a lengthy finish. A fun, character-filled wine. Niellucciu, Syrah and Grenache. Drink now through 2019. 6,500 cases made.

This vineyard close to the Mediterranean has produced a ripe wine with a cool, crisp texture and a touch of saltiness. Taken together, these elements give plenty of crispness, black currant fruitiness and a layer of tannin at the end. Drink from 2018.
