Seeing only four months in steel, the organic Valle dell'Acate 2020 Sicilia Grillo Zagra is very true to the grape, with plenty of citrus and a grassy note of dried flowers or lemongrass. This is a fresh and lean-bodied white to drink at outdoor salad lunches or other informal occasions. Some 25,000 bottles were made.

The subdued nose eventually recalls honeydew melon and citrus. On the simple palate, crisp acidity accomapanies green melon, grapefruit and saline.
