Evening Land Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015
The 2015 Seven Springs Pinot Noir comes from our oldest own-rooted block of Pinot Noir at the vineyard. Planted in 1984, these Pommard and Wadenswil clones thrive in iron-rich, volcanic Jory soils. These 31-year-old vines are harvested by hand, the grapes hand sorted, and roughly 65% of the fruit was destemmed. Gentle punch downs were employed throughout the fermentation to encour- age a soft extraction of tannins and the wine was aged in 20% new French oak for 16 months. The 2015 Seven Springs Pinot Noir was bottled without fining or filtering.
Wine SpectatorSubtly powerful and rich, with expressive black cherry and spicy cinnamon aromas and layered plum and licorice flavors that build toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2024. 3,372 cases made.
Zorzal Gran Terroir Pinot Noir 2016Notes of strawberry, cherry, mushroom, baking spices, and clove are lifted from the glass. This leads into powdered white sugar, vanilla, blackberry, and cinnamon notes on the palate with smooth tannins and medium acidity. A long finish persists with caramel red apple, tobacco, and cola qualities.
Pol Roger BRUT RESERVE N/VPol Roger Brut Réserve diplays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango ...) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. Behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine encompasses a nice harmony and a pleasant freshness, whilst preserving some structure. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. The long-lasting aromas, composed of both fruity (candied orange peel, tangerine...) and spicy notes (cardamom, anis) is outstanding. The structure and vinosity, elegance and freshness, captured in this Brut Réserve offer an optimum balance between power and finesse, making it a remarkable wine to be served as an apéritif, or to accompany a whole meal.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut NVWE CAN ONLY SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS. Aspect: A fine bead and an elegant colour. Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier's colour evolves gently from a pretty raspberry tint to a hint of salmon. In this colour range, the brightest is a pink with subtle shades of melon and raspberry. It owes it quaint name Cuisse de nymphe émue (hot pink, in English), to a rose bush. The bead is so fine that it seems to dance in the glass and then on the palate. Nose: Subtle, forthright, and very fresh on the nose. Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier suggests a basketful of small berry fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, redcurrants, and morello and black cherries. The overwhelming sensation is one of freshness. Taste: Fruit dominates the palate. Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier is a lively, well-rounded wine which combines structure and freshness. The forthright, slightly sharp attack is like breathing the heady aromas of a freshly-picked basket of berry fruits - a symphony of aromas with a gently-rounded, tender finish.

Salcheto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 20152015 is undoubtedly one of the most impressive vintage of its decade. It was marked by a strong thermal stress in August, which has particularly influenced acidity levels. The result is a wine “eat and drink all in one”, fleshy and soft, to be enjoyed perhaps in a shorter time horizon.
Errazuriz Max Reserva Chardonnay 2016Displaying a very attractive bright yellow straw color, this Chardonnay owns a citrus profile with reminiscences of tangerine, some pears and sweet cucumber, all framed by soft notes that reminds of toasted bread and dried fruits. Consistent with the nose, the palate offers pear notes, soft hints of toasted bread and dried fruits, with an aftertaste of fresh citrus notes at the end. Bodegas Muga Prado Enea Gran Reserva 2010Here we have a black-cherry coloured wine with medium depth and a deep robe. It is delicate and fresh on the nose, with an initial impression of red-berried fruit (such as blackberries), spicy notes such as cinnamon, and a touch of toasted nuances from the cask recalling cedar wood, vanilla pods and autumn leaves. After 16 months in American-oak vats and 36 months in mainly French-oak casks, you can appreciate the good work of the wood and its balanced integration with the fruit. On the palate it is fresh and long with balanced acidity. The tannin is beginning to become polished in a delicious, elegant way. It is an open-hearted wine with a lot of potential for laying down. This wine can be paired with casseroles, meat dishes or just enjoyed on its own.
Campo Al Mare Bolgheri 2015Bolgheri's exceptional climate is moderated by sea breezes from the nearby Tirrhenian Sea, and the vineyards' clay and sand soils are ideal for Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The delicate Merlot was picked during the first half of September, while the robust Cabernets and Petit Verdot were harvested in the second half of the month. Grapes come from densely planted vineyards and low yields, which produce wines with concentration and complexity. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and maceration on the skins takes 20-22 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine is matured 12 months in one-year-old French barriques and at least 3 months in bottle before release.
Chateau Leoville Barton St. Julien 2015Intense color, the nose is full of aromas of black fruit, spice and cedar. The palate is fresh and balanced, the juice is intense and delicate.
Altos las Hormigas Appellation Gualtallary Malbec 2016This Malbec fully shows you its origins: Gualtallary. In this vintage particularly, the characteristics of this terroir favored the wine. Especially the soils of this appellation, with its marked slopes and its low humidity retention capacity, helped the excess of water -in a year that was more rainy than average in the area- to drain easily and benefit grape concentration. A solid violet red color reveals a dense, concentrated, compact wine. Notes of spices and minerality make a complex nose. On the palate, a supple entry, dark berries and spices. A very structured and quite wild Malbec, with firm fine-grain tannins, showing its calcareous foundations and columns. The mouth feel is full of thrilling freshness and balance, with a long and persistent finish.
Lisini Brunello di Montalcino 2013Deep ruby with orange hues; complex, compelling, beautifully plummy and polished, with blockbuster structure complemented by Lisini's hallmark elegance; unfolding layer after layer of goudron, berry fruit, tobacco, violets, vanilla.

Altos las Hormigas Reserva Malbec 2015This wine is the clear expression of limestone soils in the Uco Valley. It has a deep ruby red color with violet hues; it is lively and attractive.
