Candied nose of sweet cherries, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ripe strawberries, maple syrup, boysenberries, toasted oak, dried thyme. Palate offers up bright red fruits, cherries and raspberries up front with earthy tones of wild mushrooms and black truffles. The mid palate swells with rich acid and flavors of baking spices (clove, mace, cardamom). Long, elegant finish with black licorice, more red fruit and hints of black tea. Ruby Red, Garnet in color, bright clarity - medium bodied.

Petra Zingari 2015Appearance: Ruby red. Aroma: Is immediately noticeable for its flowery and fruity fragrance which combines with a pleasant vegetal background. Flavor: Aromatic, bursting with cherry and hints of wild rose.
Mercer Cabernet Sauvignon 2015A warm vintage gave us ripe Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe black fruit. The Merlot and Syrah in the blend bring great texture and weight. Notes of warm baking spices envelope the fruit adding depth and complexity. The voluminous fruit carries through in the mouth. Powdery tannins give structure to the wine while maintaining an elegant, balanced mouth feel. This wine shows great expression of the terroir of the Horse Heaven Hills.
Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Deep ruby in color, the 2016 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses intense fragrances of black currants, ripe black cherries and blackberries with subtle notes of violets, mocha and dried spices. It's a big, powerful, modern-styled wine with velvety tannins and heaps of juicy blackberry and cherry fruit, while nuances of cedar, clove and vanilla bean round out the long, smooth finish. It's full bodied, rich and balanced by fresh acidity with a firm, polished tannin structure.
Bucklin Bambino Old Hill Ranch Zinfandel 2015"Bambino" comes from a 10-acre block planted on Old Hill in 1998. This young-vine field blend is patterned after the ancient vine field-blend for which Old Hill is known. 78% Zinfandel, 11% Petite Sirah, 5% Alicante Bouchet, 6% Syrah, Grenache and Carignane. Fermentations are relatively long - a result of the use of indigenous yeast without any nutrient additions. Pressing occurred after 15 days on the skins.
Jean Luc Colombo Cape Bleue Rosé 2018Soft, delicate salmon pink color. On the nose, subtle hints of peach, rose petal, watermelon, and tropical fruit. The palate shows dry, round, and full finesse with notes of fresh berries. Food Pairing: A great rosé to enjoy on its own or with a wide range of appetizers, fish, poultry dishes and vegetarian fare.

These fresh notes are balanced by much richer flavors of toasted hazelnuts, marzipan and ripe pineapple, that come from the barrel fermented Russian River component. Overall, the Valravn Chardonnay walks the delicate line between high toned freshness, and the more powerful flavors of the barrel fermented Chardonnay.

The bouquet is intense, fruit-forward, spicy and floral with hints of red berry fruits enriched by delicate spicy notes. Warm, soft and very well balanced on the palate; well structured with soft tannins and long aftertaste. Food pairings: Great companion to roasted and stewed game meat. Excellent with mature cheeses and traditional hand-made pasta featuring red meat and game ragout.

Frédéric Esmonin Gevrey-Chambertin Clos Prieur 2017Esmonin is becoming one of the most consistent, high quality producers in Gevrey. They are now using a new bladder-press and have excellent control over the amount of pressure exerted on the grapes, which are picked only when they have reached ideal ripeness. After a short cold maceration gives the wines an extra dimension of fruit, they are aged in carefully selected French oak barrels of Allier and Nevers forest wood made by Radoux and Berthomieu, two of the very best coopers. Wines are aged in barrels of varying age and toast and then blended in order to achieve optimum balance and complexity.
