This juicy, sumptuous Lalande de Pomerol delivers with it's blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Juicy, plump and wonderfully giving the dark stone fruits, licorice, and mocha all create a highly expressive, pleasing wine. A real knockout.

The 2015 Grand-Ormeau felt a little constricted on the nose: simple red berry fruit, a little earthiness coming through, but not fully letting go. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and well-judged acidity, and here, the quality filters through with impressive precision on the finish. Once this has absorbed the oak, it will be a delicious Lalande-de-Pomerol.
