Pours an almost opaque dark brown color with a frothy tan head that persists but leaves prominent lacing. behind The bouquet is not too intense, with soft aromas of fresh cream, milk chocolate, caramel sauce and toasted whole grain bread. Medium-full but lively and refreshing with high effervescence, it is sweet and chocolaty in the mouth but balanced by a finish tinged with bitter hops. A hint of hickory smoked bacon adds intrigue to the finish.
