Adelsheim Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2023

This is a lithe, lighter-bodied Pinot Noir with aromas of ripe boysenberries, a cup of rich, black Indonesian coffee and earthy oregano. Tart red raspberries and icy lemon granita flavors give almost as many goosebumps as the wine’s positively rejuvenating acidity. This tiny dancer has some kick.

A deep ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is ripe and pure with ripe cherry, pressed roses, and cinnamon. Approachable and medium-bodied, with fine tannins, this elegant red has a clean lift and a refreshing feel.

Sinewy in structure, with modest flavors of cherry and pomegranate framed by strong tones of berry thicket and dry, grippy tannins. Best after 2026. 22,248 cases made.
