The Federalist Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Aromas of dusty black plum, chocolate, black olive, with hints of cedar and baking spices with a lingering savory finish. Nice entrance, medium weight, lingering finish with good youthful grip from the tannins. Different blocks were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each. Each block ferments on the skins to extract the rich deep color of this palate pleaser.
