The 2022 Pinotage, matured for ten months in 228 and new 400-liter oak barrels, contain some fruit sourced from the Swartland. It has a light bouquet with dark berry fruit and a light marine influence/seaweed as it opens in the glass. The medium-bodied palate has a slightly austere opening, an elegant Pinotage with a sapid finish. Fine.
