This has aromas of brambleberries, cherries, mushrooms, lemon leaves, dried flowers and licorice. Medium-bodied with well-integrated tannins. Spicy and fleshy on the palate with delicious walnut notes on the cool, fresh finish. 75% malbec, 19% bonarda and 6% petit verdot. Drink or hold.

The 2022 Red Blend DV Catena Tinto Historic° consists of 77% Malbec, 20% Bonarda and 3% Petit Verdot sourced from the Uco Valley and Lujan de Cuyo. Aged for up to 14 months in French oak barrels, both new and used, this purple-red wine reveals plum, menthol, blueberry and white pepper aromas. Dry and rich, the creamy and juicy palate leads to a supple and velvety mouthfeel. It finishes with an enticing hint of expectorant.
