This beautfiully mineral and saline Sauvignon Blanc shows a captivating bouquet of lime zest, white peach, lemongrass, and quince. The palate is bright and refreshing with flavors of grated ginger, jasmine tea, pink grapefruit and wet stone, leading to a long crisp finish.

The 2022 Les Racines is a round, fuller-bodied style of Pouilly-Fumé that starts out well and offers an attractive fragrance. However, it progresses and reveals a twist of phenolic bitterness and a sense of hard chewiness. The final spoiler is the alcohol (14% ), which makes for a rather hot finish and shortens the wine.
