This fruity and vivid wine presents a nice golden color and a floral nose with notes of white fruits (apple, pear) typical of Chablis terroir. Chablis wine shows a nice gustatory attack with mineral and chalky hints and a perfect balance in mouth.
It is a very fine and fresh wine that will nicely pair with smoked salmon and blinis or a steamed cod.

A ripe version, boasting aromas and flavors of white flowers, peach and yellow plum, with a briny hint of seashore. Inviting and charming, with a lingering finish. Drink now. 14,900 cases made.

The 2023 Chablis Village has a simple, slightly plain bouquet with apple peelings and loamy scents, but overall, it lacks some vigor. The palate is slightly waxy on the entry and has a modest weight. The 2023 is pretty pithy, and a bit of extract imparts more complexity on the finish. Overall, this is a decent Chablis Village. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
