Quinta Dos Grilos Dao 2021

An equal blend of Aragonez and Touriga Nacional with 20% Jaen, aged in an equal mixture of new and used French oak for nine months. This is a nice buy for an easy-drinker. It's a wine that obviously doesn't have a lot of power or real concentratio, but it seems serious enough for the price level. It has good freshness and balance. The oak adds a little cream to the texture, but it doesn't overly impact the fruit flavor.
