A blend of our best Chardonnay vineyards, the Estate bottling is one of the most compelling illustrations of our Mountain Estate. The new 2021 vintage is a fusion of fruit and floral aromas highlighted by lemon meringue, poached pear, sweet ginger, and chamomile. The wine is fresh and acid-driven, with a gratifying mid-palate and lingering spice.

The 2021 Chardonnay Estate is a bright straw yellow hue and was aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak. It's expressive on opening, with notes of honeysuckle, melon, fresh pear, and candied citrus. Medium to full-bodied, it's juicy on the palate, with a lovely, elegant feel and a kiss of sweet fruit through the finish. It's going to show its best over the next 5-6 years.
