65% Chardonnay, 35% Viognier
It's light and crisp. This is down to the grape and the time it's harvested. At night, when the sun goes down, so the grapes are crisper and happier. You'll notice a touch of lemon, a hint of almond and a subtle finish of apricot. Or you may not, and that's OK. We recommend more delicate foods. A summer salad, white fish or maybe even a chicken dish. But we do know someone who likes it with pistachio ice cream. And we don't judge.
