This rosé Cava, a great alternative to Champagne, is a blend of Monastrell (aka Mourvedre) and Garnacha. Produced by the Llopart family, which has been producing wine in the Penedés region of Spain since the early 19th century, this Cava is packed with expressive red raspberry fruit and finishes with a spicy bite.

A lovely, creamy sparkling rose, offering mouthwatering acidity, with a well-meshed mix of ripe nectarine and white cherry fruit, grated ginger and slivered almond set on the fine, chalky mousse. Monastrell, Garnacha and Pinot Noir. Disgorged November 2024. Drink now through 2028. 5,000 cases made, 1,500 cases imported.
