A very solid Cabernet, with punchy energy to its core of dark currant and blackberry preserves, while licorice, alder, tobacco and bay leaf accents fill in throughout. A late note of cast iron peeks out on the finish, adding length and range. Approachable, but theres no rush. Drink now through 2036. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 48,000 cases made.
