Tasting Notes: La Reserve Saint Dominique Gigondas is deep ruby in color. It has an intense nose of jammy strawberries, black olives and brown spices. Then come smoky and mineral notes. Round and suave attack carried by a pretty fruity frame combining sun and freshness. Silky and dense finish, with a nice length.

I loved the 2023 Gigondas, a ripe, sweetly fruited, sexy, yet elegant Gigondas. Red and black fruit, peppery garrigue, sandalwood, and Provençal spice notes all shine here, and it's medium to full-bodied, balanced, and has a great finish. 92-94 points.
