A well-balanced red, offering a fine, lively mousse, with mouthwatering acidity. Pleasing pink grapefruit pith bitterness provides appealing counterpoints to a rich range of baked white peach, candied orange peel, marzipan, ground ginger and brioche notes. A wild, pungent bouquet evokes redcurrant, cherry and licorice, with a suave floral quality in the background.
