October Night Chardonnay displays exotic floral aromas of gardenia, Meyer lemon, ripe apple, and baking spices. Traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques, such as malolactic fermentation and weekly stirring of the lees in French oak barrels, were used to complement these aromatics. A perfect pairing with crab cakes, halibut with Meyer lemon and capers, or citrus-herbed chicken.

Rounded apple and pear flesh aromas are very fresh on the nose of this bottling, as lemon blossom and chiseled stone elements add depth. The palate is tense in texture, as flavors of lemon blossom and grapefruit balm lead into hints of apple flesh on the finish.
