Crafted alongside our friends at Alternate Ending Beer Company, this beer is a true blend of our lager minds. This is our first time decocting a WC Pils, so we spent some serious time dialing in the details—from the mash schedule to fermentation—highlighting a traditional single decoction mash helped us build body, depth, and malt complexity without sacrificing crisp drinkability. Rather than overpowering it with dry hops, we shifted our focus to the hot side—layering in a thoughtful dose of Simcoe throughout the boil and finishing with a generous Citra and Simcoe whirlpool addition. The result is a nuanced, hop-forward lager that balances citrusy brightness with a clean, snappy finish.

Pouring a clear, pale gold, this beer opens with restrained aromas of lemon peel, pine, and stone fruit, rounded by subtle floral notes. On the palate, you’ll find crisp bitterness, light malt character, and flavors of grapefruit, sweet citrus, and fresh-cut grass, all wrapped in a refreshingly dry finish.
