With its deep ruby colour, our Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge 2022 develops a nose of black cherry and liquorice. The palate is full and round, with hints of liquorice and mocha. This wine has a long finish and is very fresh.
Pair with grilled meat, filet mignon of veal, mature cheeses.
