Deep red color. Aromas of ripe fruits. Dense tannins, great finesse and elegance, spicy notes. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed, and fermented with yeast and undergo long vatting in order to fully extract the concentration achieved in the vineyards and to maximise refinement of the extracted phenolic constituents. Soil: Blue-clay and chalk soil which imparts great depth and minerality to the wine.
