Castellroig Cava Brut
The nose is both fruity and floral, while in the mouth, this wine is fresh, light, well-balanced and very dry. As a Brut, it is drier than most Brut Natures in the US market. A quintessential "food wine," this Cava offers a delightful counterpoint to all courses of a meal. Unlike most of the cavas in the USA market today, Castell Roig is estate-bottled and organic wine. Growing their own grapes gives the bodega better controls over all areas of their process in order to produce this excellent representation of a "true" cava.
