Signature Policy and Shipping Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Vine All packages sent out by Vine REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine! Fedex will make 3 attempts to deliver your package, if no one is available to sign after the 3rd attempt your package will be returned to Vine Republic. You will be refunded for your order less shipping costs, if you choose to reship your order shipping costs will be applied and charged to your credit card. This also applies to orders that have been refused for no apparent cause. FREE SHIPPING ORDERS THAT ARE REFUSED OR RETURNED DUE TO ORDER CANCELLATION ARE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT BY THE CUSTOMER TO COVER THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING. We cannot make any adjustments to your delivery address once your package is in transit. A hold package may be available at a new location by contacting Fedex at 1.800.GoFedEx with your tracking information.

*Please note: FedEx charges for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. As a result, should your package contain an incorrect address or be missing information like a Company Name, Apt #, or Suite # that would cause the couriers to have to redirect the package, up to $17 fee for the address correction would apply if you need it. Please ensure the below address information is correct to avoid any additional charges.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses or internationally. We cannot ship to Hotel Guests.

Returns or Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon arrival. if something is incorrect please, email us within 7 days of receipt of your order on our contact page or call 908 233-1133 Ext #2. Please note we will be unable to refund, return or exchange after the 7 day period has expired. Damaged or corked bottles must be returned to us in order to receive credit back.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a notification from Fedex concerning your package being damaged during transit, you must refuse your order upon arrival and notify Vine Republic immediately.You assume responsibility once you sign the release form. Damaged or corked bottles must be returned to us in order to receive credit back.

Summer Shipments
If you place an order during hot conditions there is a risk of damage to your wine. We suggest that you should leave a note in shipping instructions to have your shipment held until the cooler weather arrives. It is recommended that you use 2 day shipping during warm months. Please note that if you do not specify a later date your order will be sent out that week. Heat damaged wines are non-refundable without the proper precautions stated above.

Reviewing Your Order
Please review your order carefully before checkout, be sure that credit card , shipping address and email are correct and vintage change box has been reviewed. Shipping delays and non-refundable shipping costs could occur from incorrect information. Your tracking information will be sent to the provided email, if you do not receive your tracking number please check your spam mail.
Shipping Days are Monday - Friday there are no shipments on holidays. We reserve the right to postpone wine orders if the weather conditions in our area are unsuitable to ship.

International Purchases
Unfortunately, we cannot process International orders at this time.
