Our Northern Rhone styled version displays classic Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph characteristics with heightened aromatics which leads to a mouth with black fruits, crushed violets and a subtle meatiness along with stem influences, on a medium to full bodied palate.
Aromas of black fruits, peppercorns, dried lavender, minty herb, crushed violets, forest floor. Flavors of black raspberry, pomegranate, damson plum, liquid violets, embers, mixed spices.

This is an exuberant and crunchy display of cool-climate Syrah from a vineyard planted in 1997, starting with aromas of bay leaf, wild herb, peppercorns, coffee husks, raw lamb and underripe boysenberry on the nose. Crisp fruit flavors pop on the palate before the peppery spices and gamy meat flavors take hold.
