Our Grand Cru is higher for 18 months in barrels of Allier oak, 80% new barrels, the rest in barrels of wine; sometimes reaches 100% new oak depending on the vintage. We always ensure that the woodland of the barrel does not take precedence over the aroma of the wine. Characterized by a very long finish. The woodland is dominated side of elegant aromas of fresh red fruits. Its texture is silky smooth as velvet. It will delight your taste buds. Excellent wine, it will evolve for another 7 to 10 years.
