Given its fruitiness, Dogajolo can be paired with first
courses and white meats, but shows at its best with full-flavored dishes such as roasts, grilled meats, cold cuts and Tuscan regional specialty.
The 2019 Dogajolo is a plush, fruity Sangiovese-based red to drink now and over the next handful of years. Sweet cherry, spice and flowers are nicely pushed forward.
