This wine opens with refined notes of raspberry, white tea leaves, a hint of fresh mint and lavender. The flavors are layered with milk chocolate, fig reduction, dark plum and licorice root, and the texture is angular, yet sophisticated, with chocolate ganache details in the finish. Pairs nicely with beef sliders, citrus marinated pork sandwiches, and beef and pork meatballs in a chipotle sauce.

The 2021 Red Blend, an intense mix of 57% Malbec, 29% Cabernet Franc and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, launches from the glass with masses of dried black cherries and exotic spice. It's soft and supple, with cooling acidity and crisp red and blue fruits offset by a tinge of sour orange. This finishes with a pleasantly juicy sensation and gentle tannins, calling the taster back to the glass.
