Raspberry and boysenberry fruit flavors are ripe and brambly in this well-balanced and expressive medium-bodied red, backed by bright acidity and lightly chewy tannins. Notes of dried fig, black licorice, graphite and thyme linger on the finish. Drink now through 2026. 1,100 cases imported.

The 2020 Pinotage feels a little backward on the nose despite coaxing; here, it's outperformed by the Ashbourne Pinotage. The palate is medium-bodied and fleshy, with supple tannins and modest depth. Silky-smooth, but it needs a little more grip on the finish. Drink over the next 4-6 years.
