Crous St. Martin Gigondas Les Espaliers 2019

The 2019 Gigondas Les Espaliers looks to be an outstanding wine, with beautiful, ripe red and black fruits intermixed with plenty of peppery herbs, cedary spice, and mineral-like aromas and flavors. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated, and has tons of Provençal style.

Round and silky, with dark cherry and blackberry preserves flecked with black licorice and mocha, held up by a spine of iron. Shows some signs of evolution, with leather and forest floor details. Very tasty. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Drink now. 1,500 cases made, 1,000 cases imported.
