Alsace Willm Reserve Pinot Gris 2022

Golden-yellow, deep, with ochre reflections, this wine has a nose of ripe fruit and quince. On the palate, the attack is ample and supple, with some notes of honey and spices. On the finish, it is all about a balance of sugar and acidity. Pairs well with pan-fried foie gras, grilled or roasted white meats (pork, veal), rabbit, poultry in a creamy sauce, smoked fish, mushroom dishes (such as risotto).
