The Arsonist is the blend of the best barrel lots of our estate-grown Chardonnay, designed to showcase our house style of extreme balance of fruit and oak. The 2020 vintage is classically rich and creamy with dense flavors of butterscotch, Crème brûlée, pear and pineapple. Toasty oak, vanilla and caramel from barrel aging adds complexity. Tropical flavors, so characteristic of the Dunnigan Hills appellation, add a layer of freshness. The luscious texture is balanced by bright, crisp fruit that lingers in the finish.
