Château Le Temple Medoc 2016

The 2016 Le Temple has a tightly wound bouquet with blackberry, sous-bois and light tru!e aromas that gradually unfold in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin, then takes its foot off the accelerator towards the finish and eases down to quite a refined finish. This is worth seeking out. Tasted at the Cru Bourgeois tasting in London.

This rich, smooth wine is full of ripe blackberry flavors. Its gentle tannins are already integrated into the fruitiness, leaving a touch of dark chocolate, hints of wood aging and acidity to finish the wine freshly.
